Our aim is to make the collection and delivery of your ironing as smooth and as uncomplicated as possible.

A large part of our business is for clients who simply have not got the time available because of work, business or other
commitments.

All we ask is that you place your clean laundry into a black sack/bag. Please provide your own hangers. We will then return all your garments on hangers, or folded into protective biodegradable  covers as requested.

We often collect from a variety of places- for example,  the porch, the garage or the greenhouse, or any other suitably safe place. Alternatively, we are happy to have a key to a conservatory, etc. We can then return the ironing to the same safe place.

You have no need to be tied to being at home. We are more than happy to listen to any other arrangement that makes the whole transaction simple for you.

When we collect, you are left with an invoice, so that you know the exact cost, and can leave payment for when we return.
